Ever wanted to try fencing? It is one of those sports that most people have always wanted to try but perhaps have never had the opportunity.
Now is your chance! Bath Sword Club is the largest and most successful fencing club in the South West and it runs courses for people to learn the basics of fencing as a modern sport.

The course is targeted to men and women over 16 years of age who have no previous experience of fencing |
| Objectives |
To teach the fundamentals of fencing; attack, defence, safety. To introduce competitive fencing. At the end of the course you will be able to join a fencing club and fully participate in the sport |

£50 payable in advance. A place will be reserved on receipt of payment |
| Class Size |
Classes are limited to a maximum of 14 fencers. If the class is full you will be offered a place on the next course |
| Equipment |
All fencing equipment will be provided. All you need to bring are gym shoes or trainers (no black soles please) and wear loose clothing |

At the end of the course you will be given a trial membership of Bath Sword Club and be able to attend a free night at the Club |
